Paul Komender established KOMENDER Technologies in April 1992.
The company specializes in pig grading equipment. In the years 1992-1999
the company was representing in Poland SFK-Technology from Denmark. During
this period KT installed pig grading equipment in the most of the biggest
pig abattoirs in Poland. In 1997 the offer was enhanced by the original
product of KT, the hand-held grading equipment CMM, based on linear measurements
on the cold carcass cut. Since 1999 KT is the sole distributor for Poland
of the French company SYDEL, manufacturer of the CGM grading probe.
KOMENDER Technologies is the most experienced company in carcass
grading technology in Poland. We offer, in cooperation with other manufacturers
complete solutions, including scales and scale terminals, pig procurement
software etc. Our team is prepared to make "turn-key" installations on
existing kill lines for any size of abattoir. We also use our experience
and skills for service and maintenance of SFK grading equipment.
To the abattoirs we offer complete solutions for the pig procurement
organization, including marking of live animals, data collection and
analysis, payment notes etc. For meat processing plants and retailers
we offer a system for cold carcass value estimation based on CMM units
or CGM probes
Since January 2002 KOMENDER Technologies is the exclusive dealer for Ellab
A/S in Poland. We offer validation and monitoring equipment for food- as
pharmaceutical processing, as well as temperature probes for medical use.
